Dear Parents/Carers,

Compass Parent Portal will soon become the school’s main way to connect and communicate with our parents and carers, replacing Audiri (formerly Skoolbag) and some of our other communication apps and /or websites (such as the parent interview site).

The email will give you a unique Username and Password. Click on the link in the email to enter that Username and Password. You will then be prompted to change your password. Once that is done, you will be welcomed to the Compass Parent Portal for MSPS.

The Compass Parent Portal has the capability to allow parents/carers to:

• See their child/ren’s attendance records.

• Submit attendance notices.

• View upcoming events for their child/ren and give consent.

• Receive all communication from the school.

• See their child/ren’s future school reports.

• View the school calendar.

• Make payments to the school.

• Order school photos.

• Book appointments to see school staff.

• View learning resources to help their child/ren at home.

Not every capability will be active straight away. We will continue to add to the system over the next 12 months.

We are still learning the system ourselves and we are bound to make a few mistakes! We would like you to let us know if we have made an error because it will help avoid future ones. If you receive something that doesn’t make sense to you, or you have any questions about what you see on the portal, please contact our Admin team in the office as soon as possible.

If you haven’t updated your email address, please email us with your latest one so that you receive the Compass Parent Portal instructions.
